For subcontractors

Subcontractor plan: $10/month

For haulers who run trips shared by their primes. It covers any fleet size, and the first 30 days are free when a prime invites you. To dispatch your own customers, choose a fleet plan instead.

How it works for subs

Network discount

Up to 50% off, automatically

10% off for each active, paying subcontractor you invited. For example, a Fleet plan with 3 active subs goes from $139 to $97.30 a month.

Add-on

Time tracking: $4/driver/month

Drivers' clock-ins and clock-outs flow into Timebridge for timesheets and payroll export. Turn it on from Billing; it's added to your plan and billed per active driver.

Pricing questions

What counts as a truck?
Every truck in your fleet, unless it's marked out of service. Mark a truck out of service while it's in the shop and it stops counting.
What if we go over our truck limit?
Nothing is blocked. You'll see a notice on your billing page. If you're still over after 30 days, you move to the plan that fits at your next renewal.
Is anything held back on smaller plans?
No. Every fleet plan has every feature. The plans differ only by how many trucks they cover.
How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days free with no card. Add a card any time before the trial ends to keep going. Without one, the subscription ends when the trial does.
How does the network discount work?
Each subcontractor you invite who's on a paid plan and runs at least one of your trips in a billing period takes 10% off your bill, up to 50%. It's applied automatically at renewal.
Can I switch plans or billing periods?
Yes, any time from the billing page. Changes are prorated, so you only pay the difference.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans cost 10 months of the monthly price, so you get 2 months free.
How do I pay?
By card, billed through Stripe. Promo codes can be entered at checkout.
